EPUB or KEPUB for Kobo?

Plain EPUB works on every Kobo. KEPUB (.kepub.epub) is Kobo’s tuned variant with better rendering and reading stats. For a comic you are keeping, KEPUB is usually the nicer choice; both are offered here.

Why sizing to your exact Kobo matters

A Clara is 1072 x 1448 and an Elipsa is 1404 x 1872, so a page sized for one looks soft on the other. Choosing your model resizes and contrast-tunes pages for that display, which is the difference between crisp panels and a slightly blurry read.
