Manga built for a Tolino screen
Tolino readers share their hardware with Kobo: a Tolino Shine 4 is a Kobo Clara 2E inside, a Vision 6 a Libra 2, an Epos 3 a Sage, a Color a Clara Colour. That is why a Tolino owner can already get a correct conversion here by picking the matching Kobo profile, and also why it is awkward: you have to know which Kobo you secretly own. The planned Tolino profile lists the Tolino models by their own names, so you pick a Shine or a Vision and the right screen size follows. We are being straight with you: it is not live yet, so this page does not offer it.
What works today: pick the Kobo profile with the same screen as your Tolino, or type the screen size into the Custom profile, and convert to EPUB, which every Tolino reads natively. The result is the same file the planned profile will produce; the profile removes the lookup.

Pick the Tolino by name
Shine 3 and 4, Page 2, Vision 5 and 6, Epos 2 and 3, and the Tolino Color are the models we intend to list, each with its real panel size behind the name.

Each Tolino shares a panel with a Kobo model, so the profile reuses the Kobo page sizes that are already tested here, under the name you actually own.
EPUB by default
Tolino reads standard EPUB, so the profile outputs EPUB rather than KEPUB. Every other option stays available: greyscale, cropping, spreads, right to left reading.

Shine 4 or Color: Kobo Clara 2E or Clara Colour. Vision 6: Kobo Libra 2. Epos 3: Kobo Sage. Older or other models: the Custom profile with the screen size in pixels.
Honesty first
A profile is a promise about pixel sizes. Each Tolino model gets listed after its panel is checked against the Kobo twin or the published specification, not before.

Can I choose a Tolino in the device list right now?
Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. Pick the Kobo profile with the same screen, or the Custom profile with your Tolino screen size, and the conversion runs with every option available.
Which Kobo profile matches my Tolino?
Shine 4 and Color: Clara 2E or Clara Colour (1072 by 1448). Vision 6: Libra 2 (1264 by 1680). Epos 3: Sage (1440 by 1920). Shine 3 and Page 2: Clara HD (1072 by 1448). If you are unsure, the Custom profile with the size from your manual is the safe choice.
Should I output EPUB or KEPUB for a Tolino?
EPUB. KEPUB is Kobo firmware only; a Tolino opens standard EPUB and the planned profile will default to it.
Will you announce when it is ready?
Yes. When the profile ships it appears in the device picker and this page hosts it. You can vote for it on the roadmap in the meantime.
